PVCC's fully-equipped teaching kitchen, classrooms and offices are on the ground floor in the historic Jefferson School building. We offer day and evening classes at this facility and are pleased to offer a new associate degree program in culinary arts starting this fall! Affordable child care for PVCC students is available at the YMCA also located at the renovated Jefferson School.
Hours of Operation
May 13-16: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
May 17: 10 am - 4 p.m.
Summer Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
During hours of operation, members of the community will have access to computers that allow them to complete applications, as well as register and pay online for courses using a credit card.
